Here is our fixed price menu for Easter Brunch, Sunday, April 20th 10:30-3pm:

 

1st Course

  • Local Field Greens and Herb Salad, Strawberries, Red Onions, Toasted Pistachios and Caromont Plank Road Round Cheese, with a Raspberry-Ginger Vinaigrette
  • Sweet Pea Bisque with a Mint Lobster Salad
  • Lamb Sausage Scotch Egg, with Pickled Shallots and Romesco Sauce
  • Asparagus and Pancetta Quiche with Frisee and Roasted Tomatoes

 

 2nd Course

  • Pan Roasted Jumbo Lump Crabcake with Poached Farm Eggs,  Asparagus and Local Mushroom Hash and a Creole Mustard Hollandaise
  • House Cured Pork Belly and Fried Green Tomato Open Faced Sandwich with Avocado, fried egg, Arugula, and Pimento Aioli on Toasted Pullman
  • Granola Waffles with Lemon Berry Compote and Caromont Chevre
  • Seared Scottish Salmon with Creamed Spinach, Potato Rosti, Pickled Shiitakes and a Spring Onion Buerre Blanc

 

 3rd Course

  • Crepe Cake with Nutella Ganache and Candied Hazelnuts
  • Lavender and Honey Crème Brulee
  • Fresh Berry Tart with Orange Chantilly Cream
