Sunday, May 11th 10:30-3pm:

Choice of First Course

with Crispy Feta, Haricots Verts, Red Bliss Potatoes, Olives and a Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

  • Potato and Leek Bisque

with Charred Ramps and Chive oil

  • Deviled Farm Eggs

with Jalapeno-Bacon Jam and Avocado

  • Pickled Shrimp in a Bloody Mary Sauce

with a Celery Salad, Arugula and Crostini

Choice of Entree

  • Pan Roasted Crab Cake with Newburg Sauce

Scallion Rice Pilaf, Grilled Asparagus and Crispy Leeks

  • Corned Beef Hash with Poached Farm Eggs

Local Spinach, toasted Brioche, and a Pimento Hollandaise
